33 Reasons Behind Your Elbow, Forearm & Hand Pain 

Muscles play a crucial role in our daily movements and posture, but they can also be significant contributors pain.  Releasing them in specific order is the key to pain relief.

  1. Abductor Digiti Minimi (Hand) Referral: Pain along the ulnar side of the hand, potentially into the little finger.

  2. Adductor Pollicis Referral: Pain in the thumb, potentially extending into the web space between the thumb and index finger.

  3. Anconeus Referral: Pain around the lateral elbow and possibly extending down the forearm.

  4. Biceps Brachii Referral: Pain in the anterior shoulder and down the front of the arm, possibly into the forearm.

  5. Brachialis Referral: Deep aching pain in the front of the elbow and upper forearm.
