Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage + Full-Body Recovery Care

Reduce swelling. Prevent fibrosis. Support faster, safer healing—before and after surgery

What Is Lymphatic Drainage & Why It Matters

The lymphatic system helps your body move fluid, reduce inflammation, and support healing. After surgery—or during times of stress, illness, or overload—this system can become congested.

That’s when you may experience:

  • Swelling, pressure, or fluid buildup

  • Hardness or early fibrosis

  • Slower healing or discomfort

  • Fatigue, heaviness, or “puffy” tissue

Lymphatic drainage helps restore flow, reduce complications, and support full-body recovery.

The FLOW

Post-Op Recovery & Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy for Recovery + Whole-Body Health
Combining precise lymphatic techniques with soft tissue integration to reduce congestion, support circulation, and improve healing outcomes.

Designed for post-surgical recovery, chronic swelling, and systemic inflammation.

✅ Post-Surgical Recovery – Reduces swelling, bruising, and fibrosis while supporting faster, smoother healing

✅ Pre-Surgery Preparation – Improves circulation, prepares tissue, and enhances recovery outcomes

✅ Lipedema & Lymphedema Support – Eases heaviness, reduces fluid buildup, and supports tissue comfort

✅ Non-Surgical Lymphatic Detox – Boosts immune flow, reduces inflammation, and supports post-illness recovery

✅ Facial Lymphatic Drainage – De-puffs, sculpts, and enhances natural facial definition for events or photos

💡 Early care is everything. The first 90 days after surgery determine how your body heals—from swelling to scarring, from restriction to full mobility.

WELCOME TO

Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage & Soft Tissue Healing

Hi, I’m Tiffany—founder of Elite Recovery I am Certified Plastic Surgery Therapist (CPST) that specialize in post-surgical lymphatic drainage and soft tissue recovery , and I’d love to support you through this next phase of healing.. If you’ve recently had a procedure like a tummy tuck, breast augmentation, lipo, or BBL, I want to first say—congratulations on taking this step for yourself! Now let’s make sure your recovery supports the beautiful results you invested in.

Because you’ve invested so much time, money, and energy into your procedure, your aftercare is just as important as the surgery itself. The difference between smooth, beautiful results vs. scar tissue, fibrosis, and uneven healing comes down to proper recovery support.

✨ I recommend we start with an initial appointment to assess your body and create a custom treatment plan based on your unique needs and procedures.

Here’s a general overview of the post-op healing phases I guide my clients through:

Why Aftercare Matters

You've already invested time, money, and energy into your surgery—your aftercare is what determines your results.

The right support can mean the difference between:

✔️ Smooth, sculpted healing  OR
Hard lumps, fibrosis, and uneven results
