What kind of support does your body need right now?

Welcome to Your Recovery Phase

Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage:
As a Certified Plastic Surgery Therapist (CPST) by Academy of Lymphatic Studies, this work is designed to support your body after procedures like liposuction, BBL, tummy tuck, breast surgery, facial surgery, or orthopedic operations.

After surgery, the lymphatic system can become congested, leading to swelling, fluid buildup, bruising, and early fibrosis. The first 90 days are a critical healing window where proper lymphatic drainage and soft-tissue support can help manage inflammation, encourage fluid movement, and support smoother tissue recovery. Each session begins with an assessment of swelling patterns, tissue congestion, healing stage, and mobility restrictions to create a personalized recovery plan that aligns with your procedure and supports optimal healing outcomes.

Why Aftercare Matters

You've already invested time, money, and energy into your surgery—your aftercare is what determines your results.

The right support can mean the difference between:

✔️ Smooth, sculpted healing  OR
Hard lumps, fibrosis, and uneven results

Welcome to Non-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage:

Vodder-Certified Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) trained by  KLOSE is used to support the body when fluid is not moving efficiently due to inflammation, illness, or chronic conditions. This includes support for lipedema, lymphedema, autoimmune-related swelling, post-illness recovery, sinus congestion, and facial puffiness.

When the lymphatic system slows down, symptoms can include heaviness, pressure, puffiness, and fluid retention. Treatment focuses on stimulating lymph flow, reducing congestion, and supporting circulation to help the body regulate fluid balance and tissue comfort. Each session is guided by your body’s current state, with an assessment of swelling patterns and sensitivity to create a plan that supports consistent, whole-body lymphatic function.

Let’s Get You Started

To create your personalized recovery plan, I recommend booking your initial session as soon as possible. Appointments fill up quickly—especially during the most critical healing weeks.

Every body heals differently. Your swelling pattern, health history, and recovery goals help determine the best plan.
