Why I Do This:
My husband’s a triathlete & Type 1 diabetic (32+ yrs) — I learned nerve work to keep him training without pain.

I’m also a soccer mom — my son’s training to go pro as a goalie, so I understand how vital prehab + recovery are to protect young athletes’ bodies and dreams.
